How many loans can I have at the same time?

How active loans and new requests work

Only one active loan per user is allowed. This policy helps ensure responsible borrowing and allows each loan to be managed clearly within the app.

While you have an active loan, the option to request a new one will remain disabled. Once your current loan has been fully repaid and the repayment has been successfully processed, the loan will be closed and you’ll be able to request a new one directly from the Loans tab.

💡Important: If you’ve already made the repayment and it hasn’t appeared in the app yet, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to process it. If the payment still doesn’t appear after that time, contact our support team so we can assist you.
