Payment processing times vary depending on the method used, and some delays are normal.
Crypto payments (USDC or WLD)
Crypto payments are usually processed within 2–5 minutes. However, delays may occur during periods of network congestion. Once your payment is detected, your repayment is completed and your loan status is updated automatically in the app.
If your payment hasn’t been reflected after a reasonable amount of time, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
Local currency payments – Argentina only
For repayments made in local currency, processing times may vary and can take anywhere from a few hours to several business days. These delays are typically related to banking processes or routine financial system checks.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed since you made the payment, please download the payment receipt and share it with our support team so we can review the case more closely.
💡Important: Payment processing is fully automated and requires no manual action from your side. Once your payment is confirmed, the app will automatically update your loan status. You’ll also receive a push notification when your repayment is completed.
Once your payment is reflected and your loan status changes to “Paid,” you’ll be eligible to request a new loan.
